Spanish Wine Class with Columbia Wine Co.

Come join our resident wine expert Christian Galliani of wineforthe99.com on a guided tasting of the diverse wine regions of Spain and enjoy 6 wines and tapas.

More than just Tempranillo, the Iberian peninsula is home to some of the most undervalued wines in the world.

We will delve into and sample Catalyud's Cava, Ribero del Duero, refreshing Verdejo, even some amazing rose, in addition to the ubiquitous Rioja region's prized tempranillo.

Each wine will be custom paired with a Spanish themed "tapa" or appetizer to highlight it's complexity and taste.

Space is strictly limited to 30 guests.

Feast of the Seven Fishes Cooking Class

Italian cooking is simple. If you're not a big fan of following directions, you like to drink a glass of wine while you cook, then Italian cooking is for you. It's not the precision that makes Italian food extraordinary, it's the ingredients and tiny details make all the difference. It's the love you pour into it. Inspired by Italian-American Christmas Eve, our Feast of the Seven Fishes cooking class gives you a chance to cook in an amazing commercial kitchen and learn the little loving touches that make a huge difference.
